whatevers, May be of help to whoever (probably no one U_U) see's this. More of an exercise for colour recognition rather than a tut of a actual painting, I believe you can spam this exercise in succession without painting if you want to specifically focus on colour recognition..

About color: When I learned to paint and see colors traditionally, I was taught to look through a pinhole. We had a small piece of cardboard that had a hole punched into it. We would hold it up and look through the hole at our desired color. What this did was remove all the other color influences from around it because color effects other color.
Not sure if it will help you here, but it helped me see color better.
